DYSSG shredder can be used to shred the PE, PP, PVC pipe with a diameter of 1600MM, and pipes with a length of 3-6M can be directly shredded without cutting, and the speed is slow and stable.

All kinds of pipe directly shred,without splitting, put the pipe into the horizontal feeding groove, feeding groove automatically closed, the pipe is pushed to the center of the shaft, through hydraulic propulsion crushing.  After crushing the material through the conveyor belt into the crusher for secondary crushing, to complete the required crushing particle size.  The material can be fully and effectively finely crushed in the crushing chamber, with high output, low energy consumption, high efficiency and uniform discharge finely crushed.  And in the use of the equipment, low noise, no pollution, simple operation, convenient maintenance.  The whole system is controlled by PLC centralized control system.
