Description
Starch filled bio-plastic compounding line is composed of four parts. They are dosing system、compounding system、underwater cutting system、downstream auxiliary equipment.
Dosing system contains vacuum loader for pellet、refill silo for pellet、single screw loss in weight feeder、vacuum loader for powder、refill silo for powder、twin screw loss in weight feeder、liquid loss in weight feeder.
According to the independent and accurate dosing system, raw material of bio-plastic, starch and plasticizer are added to the twin screw extruder, which has a high degree of automation and strong elasticity of formula adjustment.
Compounding system has control cabinet、gearbox、safety clutch、main extruder and main motor. Efficient heating and precise control to ensure stable,reliable and long term production.
Underwater cutting system includes water circulation system、cutter、water tank、dewatering unit. The closed system is enviromental with no emission of smoke and dust.
