Recently, the overseas technical service team of Jwell Machinery traveled to Brazil, South America, and successfully completed the on-site installation and commissioning of the JWS120 PS Foaming Production Line. The PS foaming production line delivered by Jwell Machinery is customized for the Brazilian customer’s interior decoration industry. Its core host adopts the JWS120 model, with a stable linear speed of 2 meters per minute, capable of mass-producing PS foaming decorative profiles of 300cm (L) × 15cm (W) × 1.5cm (T). These products, with advantages of light weight, environmental protection, sound and heat insulation, and easy processing, are widely used in local indoor decoration scenarios such as ceilings and wall decorations, fitting Brazil’s home decoration market demand for green and lightweight products and boasting broad application prospects.

During commissioning, our technical team overcame cross-border time differences, language barriers and other challenges, strictly following installation and commissioning standards. They refined every link from equipment positioning to parameter calibration, and accurately adjusted core parameters such as extrusion temperature and foaming pressure for the customized product specifications, ensuring stable production line operation, regular product molding and qualified dimensional accuracy, fully meeting the customer’s mass production needs.
