CJWS75 twin-screw #pelletizing line successfully production, helping Iran to produce high-performance HDPE products

Recently, Jwell's CJWS75 twin-screw pelletizing production line was successfully put into operation in Iran. This production line is mainly used for mixed pelletizing of HDPE (MFR 3.8) and 1-2% masterbatch, and adopts water ring pelletizing process, showing excellent production efficiency and stability, injecting new vitality into the local plastic processing industry.

Combining high performance with stability

The CJWS75 #twin-screw pelletizing machine,  equipped with 315KW main motor, can reach a maximum speed of 600 rpm, and the actual production process runs at 550 rpm, with the load maintained at 84-90%, which shows a very high equipment utilization rate and operational stability. The average daily output of this production line is stable at 950-1000kg, which fully meets the customer's demand for efficient and stable production.

Water ring pelletizing process optimizes production process

The production line adopts the water ring pelletizing process, which has the advantages of uniform pellet shape, rapid cooling and lower energy consumption compared with the traditional pelletizing method. The water ring pelletizing process can effectively avoid dust pollution, improve the quality of finished products, and at the same time reduce the maintenance needs of the equipment and extend the service life of the equipment.
