On March 19, 2025, China Plastic Machinery Industry Association organized industry experts to hold an appraisal meeting in Suzhou for “JWG-HDPE 2700mm Super Large Diameter Solid Wall Pipe Production Line” and “8000mm Wide Extruding and Calendering Geomembrane Production Line”, which are researched and developed by Suzhou JWELL Machinery Manufacturing Co. Geomembrane production line” appraisal meeting. The appraisal committee agreed that the two products are the first of their kind in China and have reached the international advanced level, and agreed to pass the appraisal.

01. Introduction to the event

Subsequently, the technical directors of Piping Equipment Division and Sheet & Plate Equipment Division of Suzhou JWELL Company introduced in detail the technical highlights and innovative design of 2700mm pipe production line and 8000mm geomembrane production line respectively. The experts also raised many questions on technical details from their respective fields of expertise.

Mr. Wang Zhanjie, Chairman of China Plastics Processing Industry Association, made detailed inquiries and guidance on the internal runner design and temperature control of the large-sized extrusion die head of the two sets of production lines, as well as energy saving and other technological key nodes from the perspective of the end-users. He also encouraged JWELL, as an equipment manufacturer, to participate in the supplementation and improvement of the standard for oversized pipe products.

02. Workshop visit
