PVC central feeding system, mainly used for the transportation of PVC powder material.it can use negative pressure, positive pressure (thin phase, dense phase), measurement (main material, auxiliary material), mixing, centralized storage; The material can be distributed to each machine hopper by pipe chain, negative pressure or screw conveying according to the site situation. The whole process adopts PLC centralized control, and can be centrally monitored on the host computer.

The system can be customized according to customer production process requirements and plant status, can complete 2000-100000 tons/year production capacity.

When producing the edge strips , there are still some points need to be noted. Here are four points as follows.

The content of calcium carbonate powder (commonly known as lime powder) in PVC sealing strip. Generally, PVC edge strips will contain calcium carbonate powder, but the content of calcium carbonate powder will make the structure of PVC loose, which seriously affects the quality of PVC edge strips.

1. Crease and Fold

After the PVC edge banding is made into a small curved edge, there will be a whitening phenomenon in the playing side part, and this whitening will not be restored after the PVC edge banding is re-extended. This phenomenon is more obvious for dark colors.

2. Bounding edge

It is easy to produce a jump when making PVC sealing strip trimming. Of course, the reason for the bounding is not only the high content of calcium carbonate powder. When doing edge sealing, when the hot melt adhesive of the edge and the speed of the feed are not harmonized, it will cause the PVC edge sealing strip to be not fully bonded to the plate when making edge repair, so it is easy to produce bounding phenomenon due to the floating of the PVC edge strip.

3. Trimming and edging

The edge gloss of the PVC edge sealing strip after trimming and grinding is poor, so the appearance effect will be poor. At present, the inferior PVC edge sealing strips on the market in order to reduce costs, the content of calcium carbonate powder is as high as 60% or more. As for the different equivalent products of the same brand, it is mainly the content of their calcium carbonate powder.

4. Cracking

Due to the high content of calcium carbonate, the PVC edge strip is not ductile, the internal structure is loose, and it will crack slightly under the action of external forces, especially in the transport of low temperatures.
