The VOC deodorizing unit designed by Dyun is a flexible system,The main parameters can be adjusted according to the actual process conditions. The temperature, air volume and residence time can be controlled and adjusted manually or completely automatically. VOC deodorizing systems can be designed in both offline and online modes. Before designing,the customer can do deodorizing testing of materials at Dyun R&D Center to obtain the best pungent smell removal time. The testing data will be used to rationalize the design of the entire system.

Meanwhile,the material homogenization and VOC deodorizing can be switched with one key. In the continuous production process, the waste gas is discharged by the pipe after filteration, so as to prevent the odor from spreading at the site. At the same time, the heat energy is recycled and reused through the heat exchanger to obtain less energy consumption. For better control of the deodorization process, the system can be equipped with an electronic nose developed by Dyun, which can immediately evaluate the effectiveness of the deodorization process for particles.

After the pelletizing stage, the use of raw material VOC deodorizing devices can significantly improve the quality of particle. Because VOC deodorizing devices remove the low boiling point VOC pollutants contained in recycled plastic materials,which can cause the material to produce pungent smell.
