The high-speed and high-efficiency extrusion single screw extruder is specially designed for extruding PE raw materials, equipped with a low-noise fan and a high-speed hard-toothed gearbox. The special slotted feeding sleeve with oil cooling system improves compressibility and increases filling, thereby increasing extrusion volume. The high-yield screw is specially designed, melts at low temperature, has a good plasticizing effect, and has a good energy-saving effect.
The spiral diversion extrusion die is specially designed for extruding PE raw materials. The unique low-pressure flow channel spiral or blue die design ensures the low-temperature and high-plasticization extrusion of PE pipes. The specially designed mold core spiral temperature control ensures the good performance of PE pipes; for different raw materials, the multi-layer co-extrusion die has the characteristics of low layer structure cost and low elasticity. The easy adjustment and uniform extrusion characteristics of the die ensure the uniformity of melt pressure and flow, and the uniform and smooth appearance of the pipe.
Marking line: The pipe marking line is extruded by a small single screw extruder through a composite die.
Vacuum sizing water tank: equipped with a two-stage vacuum system (for large-diameter pipes), advanced water circulation, high-pressure cooling system, vacuum adjustment device and accurate water temperature and water level automatic control system. The precise tin bronze sizing sleeve has the characteristics of fast pipe cooling and fast shaping. The material of this water tank is mainly stainless steel.
Spray cooling water tank: The long cooling system ensures efficient cooling of the pipe, and the unique pipeline system shortens the cooling length. The material of this water tank is mainly stainless steel.
Traction machine: The special integral transmission device avoids the asynchronism of independent transmission, different control methods ensure flexible and accurate positioning and orientation, and the accurate pressure regulation system can adjust the traction force. The equipment has a unique structure and flexible operability, and the frequency conversion motor can adjust the traction speed of the equipment.
Cutting machine: The fully hydraulic design of the cutting machine ensures flexible pressure during cutting, flexible adjustment of saw blade position and cutting depth. The unique power input system ensures the reliability of planetary cutting. The low-noise powerful chip suction system and the unique chip-free cutting device can ensure chip-free cutting of 16mm-315mm pipes.
