EVA / POE parallel double screw photovoltaic film production line replaces the original premixed positioning process, the whole line is equipped with automatic metering system, feed EVA / POE, crosslinking agent and other additives, and complete the mixing and extrusion in the double screw.

At present, it is equipped with ultra-high torque 95 host, which reaches the specific torque to the industry level. The ultra-high torque equipment makes the average shear of the material lower and retains more physical properties. With the unique screw combination design and appropriate speed, it brings large output and reduces shear, and prevents EVA / POE cross-linking in the extrusion process. The whole line has a high degree of automation and lower unit capacity than energy consumption, which can bring higher economic benefits to the factory.
