Extruder

The screw design is adopted to make the polymer micro-foaming plasticized evenly and the output is high. Imported high-quality frequency converters with stable rotation speed are used to ensure the main machine’s and auxiliary machines’ synchronous operation.

Tractor

Adopt lifting technology, stable work, good reliability and large traction.

Cutting machine

The moving speed is synchronized with the tractor, the design is reasonable, the operation is stable, it can be automatically cut to length, and it is equipped with a dust recovery device.
