Like many #plastic extrusion molding test,the new medical-grade PBT resin has passed rigorous injection molding tests, exhibits high fluidity even in complex designs, and has excellent mold release performance with lower shrinkage changes compared with competitive engineering plastics.
In use, VALOX HX325HP resin is highly resistant to a variety of chemicals, relieves environmental stress cracking (ESC), and is compatible with ethylene oxide (EtO), gamma irradiation, and steam sterilization.
This new material has successfully passed the international biocompatibility standard test.A preliminary assessment of ISO 10993 or USP Level VI can be provided upon request.In addition, the brand also complies with SABIC's healthcare policy, provides reliable formula locking and change control management, and complies with FDA and EU guidelines for medical-grade plastics.
VALOX HX325HP resin can also be used as a formaldehyde-free substitute for polyoxymethylene (POM) materials.
The resin is provided in the form of unreinforced pure material and has a limited standard color range.
