After precise proportioning, the raw materials enter the extrusion system. The production line employs a screw with a high plasticizing capacity design to ensure full plasticization of the rubber compound and stable, high-yield extrusion. A coat hanger-type die head allows for more precise adjustment of sheet thickness. Equipped with a high-efficiency static mixer and melt output metering pump, it ensures smooth material extrusion.
