01.plastic pipe

Concept:

Plastic pipes are generally made of synthetic resin, that is, polyester, as raw material, adding stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, etc., and extruding them in a pipe making machine.

Advantage:

Light weight, corrosion resistance, beautiful appearance, no bad smell, easy processing, convenient construction, etc.

Use:

It is mainly used for tap water supply system piping, drainage, exhaust and sewage sanitary pipes, underground drainage pipe systems, rainwater pipes and wiring pipes for wire installation in housing buildings.

Classification:

According to different pipe making materials: plastic pipes for construction mainly include polyvinyl chloride pipes, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride pipes, polyethylene pipes, cross-linked polyethylene pipes, etc.

1. PVC-U

Usage: Used for water supply (non-drinking water), drainage pipes, and rainwater pipes.

Features: corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall, not easy to scale, good hydraulic conditions, light weight and easy to install, not easy to age, low thermal resistance, hard texture, cheap, easy to bond, flame retardant.

Connection method: socket bonding, plastic welding, special accessory flange connection, threaded connection.

2. PVC-C

Usage: It is mostly used as hot water pipes, waste liquid pipes and sewage pipes abroad, and it is mostly used as power cable sheathing pipes in China.

Features: Best temperature resistance, good aging resistance, good flame retardant.

Connection method: socket bonding, plastic welding, flange connection of special accessories, threaded connection.

3. PE

Usage: HDPE and MDPE pipes are widely used as urban gas pipelines and urban water supply pipelines abroad. At present, domestic HDPE pipes and MDPE pipes are mainly used as urban gas pipelines, and a small amount of them are used as urban water supply pipelines. LDPE pipes are largely used as agricultural drainage and irrigation pipes.

Classification: According to their different densities, they are divided into high-density polyethylene pipes (HDPE), medium-density polyethylene pipes (MDPE) and low-density polyethylene pipes (LDPE).

Features: HDPE pipe has high strength and stiffness; MDPE pipe not only has the compressive strength of HDPE pipe, but also has good flexibility and creep resistance; LDPE pipe has good flexibility, elongation and impact resistance. In particular, it has good chemical resistance and high-frequency insulation properties.

Connection method: electric heat weldability, hot melt butt connection, flange, threaded thread, etc.

4. PE-X

Purpose: Mainly used for indoor hot and cold water supply and ground radiant heating in buildings. Cross-linked polyethylene pipes PEX pipes generally come in three types: a, b, and c. PE-Xa pipes are used for hot and cold water pipes, petroleum pipelines, oil tanks, chemical pipelines, etc.; PE-Xb pipes are used for floor heating pipes; PE-Xc pipes are currently the most environmentally friendly floor heating pipes.

Features: Good temperature resistance, good creep resistance, good memory, easy to correct.

Connection method: ferrule type, clamp type connection and threaded connection of special metal connectors.

5. PE-RT

Purpose: Indoor cold and hot water pipes, especially hot water systems. Ideal for radiant heating applications.

Features: Excellent temperature resistance, suitable for -70℃~90℃; Excellent thermal insulation performance, low thermal conductivity; Long service life, can be used safely for more than 50 years; Chemical corrosion resistance; Good shape recovery Memory performance; vibration resistance, impact resistance; excellent hydraulic properties.

Connection methods: three categories: hot melt connectors, electrofusion connectors and mechanical connectors.

6. PP-R

Usage: Mainly used in domestic hot and cold water supply and ground radiant heating.

Features: Good temperature resistance, recyclable, green and environmentally friendly product, good hygienic performance, suitable for pure water transportation.

Connection methods: mainly include electric hot melt, hot melt butt joint, as well as flange connection of special accessories and threaded connection.

7. PB

Usage: Mainly used in tap water, hot water and heating pipes.

Features: Good temperature resistance, good tensile and compressive strength, impact resistance, low creep, high flexibility. Under the same pressure and medium temperature conditions, the pipe wall is the thinnest, and it is a green product.

Connection method: mainly electric hot melt, hot melt butt joint, rubber ring sealing butt joint can also be used.

8. ABS

Usage: It is often used as sanitary ware sewer pipes, gas pipelines, and highly corrosive industrial pipes abroad. In China, it is generally used for indoor hot and cold water pipes and water treatment dosing pipes, and corrosive industrial pipes.

Features: high strength, impact resistance, can be directly threaded, good hygienic performance, suitable for pure water transportation.

Connection method: mainly socket connection, as well as flange connection and threaded connection of special accessories.

02.Composite pipe

concept:

It is based on metal pipes and is welded with polyethylene, cross-linked polyethylene and other non-metallic materials inside and outside. It has the characteristics of metal pipes and non-metal pipes.

advantage:

Light weight, smooth inner wall, low resistance and good corrosion resistance.

use:

Water supply and drainage pipes.

Classification:

Aluminum-plastic composite pipe, steel-plastic composite pipe, copper-plastic composite pipe, plastic-coated composite pipe, steel-framed PE pipe, etc.

1. Aluminum-plastic composite pipe

Usage: Used for domestic cold and hot water pipes. The inner and outer plastic layers are made of cross-linked polyethylene composite pipes, which can be used for hot water pipes and have an operating temperature of up to 90°C.

Structure: Its basic composition should be five layers, that is, from the inside to the outside, they are plastic, hot melt adhesive, aluminum alloy, hot melt adhesive, and plastic.

Classification: According to different polyethylene materials, it is divided into two types: cross-linked polyethylene aluminum-plastic composite pipe suitable for hot water and high-density polyethylene aluminum-plastic composite pipe suitable for cold water.

Features: A pipe with certain flexibility, thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, impermeability, good air tightness, smooth inner wall, light weight, and easy to install.

Connection method: aluminum alloy self-locking sealing pipe fittings. When using a plastic sealing sleeve, the water temperature shall not exceed 60°C; when using an aluminum sealing sleeve, the water temperature shall not exceed 100°C.

2. Steel-plastic composite pipe

Usage: Not only can be used for water supply, but also can transport corrosive liquids. S/PP applicable temperature: -25~100℃; S/PE applicable temperature: -25~70℃; S/PVC applicable temperature: -25~65℃ .

Features: A high-performance anti-corrosion pipeline, which not only has strong corrosion and wear resistance, but also has good strength and anti-aging properties.

Connection method: special pipe thread connection, flange connection.

3. Aluminum alloy plastic composite pipe

Usage: Specially suitable for domestic hot and cold water pipes.

Structure: The outer tube is an aluminum alloy tube, and the inner tube is a thermoplastic tube. The outer layer of aluminum alloy not only acts as an oxygen barrier, but also plays a more important role in structural bearing.

Features: beautiful appearance, thermal insulation, corrosion resistance, impermeability, good air tightness, smooth inner wall, light weight, easy installation.

Connection method: special card sleeve type, flange type connection.

03.FRP pipe

concept:

The fiberglass reinforced plastic pipe system uses a variety of resins with different properties as the lining anti-seepage layer, which is compounded with the glass fiber reinforced layer.

advantage:

Insulation, corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall.

use:

It is more suitable for large and medium-sized outdoor water supply pipelines with strong geological corrosion.

Connection method:

Ordinary sand-filled fiberglass pipes use socket connections.

04.rubber tube

concept:

rubber products. Generally, the inner and outer rubber layers of hoses are made of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber or butadiene rubber; oil-resistant hoses are made of chloroprene rubber and butadiene rubber; acid-alkali-resistant and high-temperature resistant hoses are made of ethylene-propylene rubber, fluorine rubber or silicone rubber.

Corrosion-resistant, vibration-resistant, noise-proof, and convenient interface.

use:

Water pipes, hot water pipes, steam pipes, marine pipes, food and beverage pipes, air pipes, welded pipes, gas pipes, ventilation pipes, material pipes, oil pipes, chemical pipes, high-pressure pipes, etc.

Flange connection, cable tie connection.

05.concrete pipe

concept:

It is a preset pipeline made of cement and steel bars and using the principle of centrifugal force of telephone poles.

use:

Large and medium-sized outdoor water supply pipelines, water conservancy projects.

advantage:

It is cheap and has good corrosion resistance after treatment.

Connection method:

Concrete pipes use rubber rings and wiper tape interfaces, and reinforced concrete pipes use rubber ring interfaces.

06.Metal pipes

1. Ordinary steel pipe

Usage: Production and fire-fighting water supply pipelines, sanitary appliance drainage branch pipes and non-corrosive production drainage branch pipes of production equipment, and industrial plant rainwater pipes.

Features: high strength, convenient interface, withstands large internal pressure, smooth internal and external surfaces, and good hydraulic conditions.

Connection method: welding, flange connection.

2. Galvanized steel pipe (hot dip)

Purpose: Fire protection systems and production water supply pipelines with pipe diameters less than and equal to 150mm.

Features: high strength, convenient interface, large internal pressure resistance, smooth internal and external surfaces, and good hydraulic conditions.

Connection method: threaded connection, flange connection.

3. Copper tube

Usage: hot water pipes.

Features: Good corrosion resistance to fresh water, high mechanical strength, strong flexibility resistance, easy to process, smooth internal and external surfaces, not easy to scale, beautiful appearance.

Connection method: threaded connection, flange connection, welding, special pipe fittings.

4. Stainless steel pipe

Purpose: Transporting pure water and corrosive production wastewater.

Features: Corrosion resistance, impermeability, good airtightness, smooth inner wall, light weight, easy installation, high pressure resistance and vibration resistance.

Connection methods: compression type, pressing type, push type (flexible type), tapered thread type, quick-connect flange type, flange type, screw type, socket type.

5. Cast iron pipe

Usage: Mostly used in pipeline projects such as water supply, drainage and gas.

Classification: According to their different manufacturing methods, they can be divided into: sand-type centrifugal socket straight pipes, continuous cast iron straight pipes and sand-type iron pipes. According to the different materials used, it can be divided into: gray iron pipe, ductile iron pipe and high silicon iron pipe.

Features: high strength, good toughness, thin wall, light weight, impact resistance, large bending function, easy installation.

Connection method: flexible interface, flange interface, self-anchored interface, rigid interface.
