EVA foaming products used as certain packaging materials may be flame retardant. Flame retardant can be properly added to the formula to achieve the effect of flame retardant. Plastic commonly used flame retardant Mg (OH) 2, Al (OH) 3, also have a certain effect on EVA foaming products, but the dosage is relatively large, we use 12% -20%, but for the flame retardant requirements of high products, they are not very easy to use.

04.Fast ripening agent

The EVA foaming process takes time. If you want to increase the yield and reduce the energy consumption, the fast ripening agent can be added appropriately to shorten the time needed for foaming. The most common fast ripening agent on the market is TAIC, which should be a bridge aid. Adding a proper amount of TAIC can shorten the time, but as it is added, the size of the product will be reduced, and the reduction effect is not very ideal.

05.Colorant

Foam products are generally colored, so you need to add a colorant to the formula to adjust the color. EVA foaming products color mixing can be used with toner, color glue, of course, it is best to use the color mother particle. MS products can not be computer color, probably because the thing before and after the color changes too much.
