The production line is specially designed to cope with the large format sheet market with multiple categories, high standards and high efficiency, and is a set of high-end sheet solutions integrating ‘intelligent equipment + material technology + structural process’.
Equipment structure and core advantages
1. Highly stable extrusion system: The patented screw structure design is adapted to different viscosity and thermal stability materials to achieve uniform mixing and pyrolysis control at the molecular level to ensure the quality of continuous extrusion.
2. Wide three-roller calendering and constant temperature control: The calendering roller adopts large-diameter chrome-plated rollers, with high-response PID temperature control and multi-zone heating system to ensure the consistency of sheet thickness and flatness.
3. Modular material changing structure: switch processing PC, PMMA, PETG, GPPS, ASA and other materials with one key, accurately control the temperature window to meet the diversified order requirements of different industries.
4. Industry 4.0 Intelligent Monitoring System: Equipped with JWI remote visualisation platform, it realises real-time uploading and historical retrospective of the whole parameters of temperature, thickness, tension and operation status.
Material compatibility analysis
▶ PC (Polycarbonate): Bisphenol A structure gives it high impact strength and high temperature resistance. Extrusion process requires high melt shear rate and de-volatility efficiency, JWELL screw special segmentation design can effectively prevent thermal degradation of the molecular chain, to protect the light transmission and mechanical properties.
▶ PMMA (acrylic): methyl methacrylate chain structure rigid, brittle heat sensitive. This equipment adopts low shear design and annealing device to control stress synergistically, suitable for optical grade sheet products.
▶ PETG: sensitive to crystallisation, narrow thermal stability window, precise temperature control and low shear process are required. jwell adopts partition independent temperature control and intelligent dehumidification drying system in the whole line, which can effectively inhibit the yellowing and improve the transparency of the products.
▶ GPPS: loose molecular arrangement, low thermal deformation. Equipment supporting streamlined mould head design, to ensure that a large width without deformation, no ripples.
▶ ASA: UV-resistant molecular branched chain stability, suitable for outdoor high temperature and high humidity scenes, the equipment provides double side co-extrusion function, can achieve multi-layer structure of high weather-resistant sheet.

Wide-format offline coating system
The system is integrated at the end of the main sheet extrusion line to meet the requirements of the furniture skin-feeling board and hotel floor-to-ceiling glass industries for high-performance functional films, with coating materials including silicone oil, permanent anti-static, anti-fog and anti-fingerprint agents. The high precision coating head and tension control system ensures thickness uniformity and adhesion, giving the sheet excellent surface properties.
