GAG Decorative Sheet Extrusion Line for South Korea

Recently, a complete GAG decorative sheet extrusion line designed and manufactured by Jwell Machinery has been successfully commissioned and put into stable operation for a client in South Korea. This production line is specially developed for manufacturing high-performance surface films for decorative panels and furniture boards, achieving stable performance, high output and excellent product quality, and has been highly recognized by the customer.

This GAG three-layer co-extrusion line adopts a professional configuration combining JWE85/44 and JWS75 extruders, which ensures sufficient plasticization, stable extrusion and uniform mixing of raw materials. The line is designed to produce decorative sheets with a thickness ranging from 0.16 mm to 1 mm and a maximum width of 1500 mm, fully meeting the processing requirements of high-gloss, high-transparency and high-flatness decorative surface films widely used in furniture manufacturing and interior decoration industries.

Based on the customer’s raw material characteristics and product standards, our engineers carefully optimized parameters including screw speed, temperature control, vacuum venting, traction speed and winding tension. The stable extrusion system and precision mould design effectively eliminate defects such as bubbles, crystal spots and surface ripples, ensuring excellent surface smoothness, uniform thickness and good lamination fastness.

With an optimized structure and control system, the line reaches a stable output of 700–800 kg per hour, which greatly improves production efficiency while maintaining consistent product quality. The precision cooling roller unit and servo-driven synchronous control system ensure stable forming of 1500 mm wide sheets, with no warping, no wrinkling and neat winding, which meets the high-standard requirements of automated later processing and laminating production.

The successfully commissioned GAG decorative sheet production line has been running continuously at full load with stable performance. The final products feature excellent scratch resistance, high gloss, environmental protection and good fitting performance, which are widely used in decorative panels, furniture surfaces, interior decoration materials and other fields.
