Hollow plate, also known as universal plate, hollow grid plate, is made of polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE),  etc. as the main raw material, through the extrusion moulding.

1. Good mechanical properties.The special structure of the hollow grid plate makes it have good toughness, impact resistance, high compressive strength, cushioning and shockproof, high stiffness, good bending performance and other excellent mechanical properties.

Construction

Hollow grid plate can withstand the mechanical stress and dirt generated in building construction, commonly used as floor protection, ceiling, bathroom partitions, temporary doors and windows resting shed, etc. It can replace cardboard, wood boards, etc. for better protection of building floors.

Advertisement board

Applied to hollow plate advertising board, hollow plate insertion, hollow plate display rack, courtyard insertion, outdoor advertising board, festival publicity layout, etc., with the advantages of waterproof, anti-ultraviolet rays, long service life, good toughness and renewable.

Production line features

Extruder:

The screw structure adopts special exhaust type special design, meanwhile, it adopts advanced PLC temperature control system to ensure the good plasticising effect of materials and stable and efficient extrusion of materials.

Screen changer:

Hydraulic quick screen changer is selected to make the process of screen changing fast and effective; dual-station and special sealing structure ensure the stable work of the screen changer.

Moulds:

The moulds are made of high quality alloy steel with highly movable throttling device, which makes the pressure of material flow distribution in the mouth mould even and consistent; the differential adjustment of the upper and lower mouth moulds ensures the uniformity of the upper and lower wall thickness.

Vacuum sizing table:

The sizing system is equipped with a fast heat exchange refrigeration system, which is effectively interspersed with the vacuum system in a sequential distribution that ensures sizing accuracy.

Tractor:

Tractors are distributed in the first and second groups, the first group of tractors is high-power, large reduction ratio, multi-roller type, its low-speed operation performance is excellent, high traction force, can synchronise and uniformly pull the sheet from the vacuum shaping table. The second group of traction machine for stress relief treatment.

Shears:

Equipped with precise instantaneous fixed-length cutting and automatic lifting and unloading device, the special alloy wear-resistant blade cutter ensures the cutting surface quality of the sheet.
